Maturity of ARG010 Green Bonds

Argosy Property Limited (“Argosy”) advises that its ARG010 Green Bonds will mature on Friday, 27 March 2026. The ARG010 Green Bonds will cease trading ahead of maturity, in line with NZX Debt Market rules. Key dates in relation to the maturity of the bonds are set out below: Event Date Final day of trading, Friday, 13 March 2026 Ex date Monday, 16 March 2026 Record date Tuesday, 17 March 2026 Final quotation date Friday, 27 March 2026 Maturity date Friday, 27 March 2026 Payment date Friday, 27 March 2026 The maturing ARG010 bonds will be refinanced with a new $100m tranche of bank debt, Tranche E, which expires in October 2029. Other existing tranches are as follows: • Tranche A, $200m, expires in October 2028. • Tranche B, $225m, expires in October 2029. • Tranche C, $100m, expires in July 2032. • Tranche D, $100m, expires in October 2030.
