Care Expansion Accelerates with Christchurch Land Acquired

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that it has successfully completed the acquisition of 4.3 hectares of development land in Belfast, Christchurch on 3 March 2026. A new 100 bed care home will be the first Radius Care development to fully implement its new and bespoke design for hospital-level and dementia care. A village with approximately 75 villas will also be built in stages. This acquisition marks a substantial milestone in Radius Care’s growth strategy and commitment to deliver high quality aged care services across New Zealand.
