DRP strike price set at $1.905880

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) advises that the strike price for its distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) for the second quarter of the 2026 financial year is $1.905880. The strike price reflects a 2% discount to the volume weighted average sale price for Vital during the seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date (being 25 February 2026). This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 12 March 2026.
