Notice of annual meeting corrected

This announcement corrects the Notice of Meeting released on 10 March 2026. The correction updates the current and proposed Chair and Non-Executive Director fees included in the explanatory notes to the Resolution seeking shareholder approval for an increase to the total director fee pool which is required to accommodate fees paid to Directors of entities that are now subsidiaries of Scales. Annual fees payable to the Scales Board Independent Chair and to Scales Non-Executive Directors were shown incorrectly as FY24’s fees of $166,000 and $80,000 respectively. These fees have been corrected to $176,000 and $85,000, which were the fees paid in FY25 and are also the fees proposed for FY26. The resolutions to be put to shareholders at the Annual Meeting are unchanged.
