AUD FX rate for HY26 interim dividend

STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 24 March 2026 AUD FX rate for HY26 interim dividend The foreign exchange rate used for Chorus’ HY26 unimputed interim dividend payable to Australian investors has been set at (NZD/AUD) 0.82484. The unimputed interim dividend of NZ$0.24 cents per share will be paid on 14 April 2026. Withholding tax will be deducted, reported, and paid to the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department at the rate applicable to the shareholder. No supplementary dividend will be paid to shareholders who are not resident in New Zealand.
