2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that it intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 4.00pm. The Annual Meeting will be held in a hybrid format at MUFG’ offices at Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland and online. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course. The opening date for director nominations is the date of this announcement, and the closing date will be 9 April 2026. All director nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on the closing date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of Vista Group entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the nominee’s written consent and brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting).
