Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 25 March 2026 Subject: GMT Bond Issuer Limited (“GMB”) – Name Change Message: Further to the announcement and Notice of Meeting of Holders of Bonds released by GMT Bond Issuer Limited (“GMB”) on Friday, 27 February 2026, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that GMB will be changing its name to GNZ Bond Issuer Limited but that its ticker code (GMB) will remain the same, subject to bondholders passing the Special Resolutions listed in the Notice of Meeting at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 and satisfaction of the other conditions referred to in the Notice of Meeting. The ticker and ISIN of its current listed security, GMB060 (ISIN: NZGMBDT009C3), will remain the same. The change will be effective on NZX on Thursday, 2 April 2026.
