Change of Auditor

Change of Auditor Vector Limited (Vector) today announced, after the completion of a tender process, PwC has been appointed as its external auditor for the 2027 financial year, beginning 1 July 2026. The tender process was overseen by Vector’s Audit Committee which recommended to the Board the appointment of PwC as external auditor. The decision to recommend a change of auditor was made as a matter of good governance in light of the current auditor’s tenure. Vector’s current auditor, KPMG, will undertake the audit for the 2026 financial year. Vector would like to thank KPMG for the service they have provided Vector during their tenure.
