LGFA Quarterly Funding Update - March 2026

NZX Announcement 16 April 2026 LGFA Quarterly Funding Update to Investors and Revised FY26 Borrowing Programme – March 2026 Due to our high levels of liquidity and less than expected council borrowing in the nine-month period to 31 March 2026, we have reduced our forecast Borrowing Programme for the current 2025-26 Fiscal Year by $600 million to $4.25 billion. We have undertaken NZ$2.14 billion equivalent of long dated funding for the nine-month period to 31 March 2026 and a further NZ$1.81 billion since 31 March 2026. To complete the FY26 Borrowing Programme, we expect to hold NZD bond tenders of NZ$150 million each in May and June 2026.
