NZX/ASX Announcement 6 May 2026 Change of Auditors Truscreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRU) (TruScreen or Company) advises that Hall Chadwick NZ Limited have resigned as auditors of the Company. The incoming registered audit provider for Truscreen, in compliance with Financial Markets Conduct (FMC) reporting requirements, is Mr. Vinay Sheoran, an audit partner who conducts audits through Hall Chadwick (NSW) Limited. The change of location of the auditor will facilitate the audit and reflects that the Company’s operations are substantially based in New South Wales.
