7 May 2026 Accordant Group announces minimum raise conditions met for Rights Offer As announced on the 22nd of April 2026, Accordant Group Limited (AGL) (NZX: AGL) opened its pro rata renounceable rights offer (Rights Offer). A key condition of the Rights Offer is that at least the minimum amount of $5,000,000 is raised. AGL advises that it has received a commitment from the S.A. Hull Family Trust No. 2 that it will subscribe for shares under the Rights Offer’s shortfall facility as necessary for the Rights Offer to reach the minimum amount of $5,000,000. The rights offer will therefore proceed to successful completion on the 13th of May 2026. AGL advises that it is currently working through allocations and late applications, in accordance with the terms of the Rights Offer. To the extent any further late applications are received, the Board retains discretion to accept these.
