27 May 2026 NZK - New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited Appoints Director The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) is pleased to advise the appointment of Jiali Pan, replacing Carol Chen. Ms Pan’s role as a director will commence on 1 June 2026. Ms Pan is an Investment Manager at China Resources Asset Management. Ms Pan holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University in the United States of America. She has more than 10 years of experience across various divisions of the China Resources Group. The Board believes that Jiali’s skills and the link she brings to the Chinese market will be valuable to the company.
