Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 27 May 2026 Subject: Infratil Limited (“IFT320”) bonds – Trading Halt Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, IFT will re-set the interest rate for its bonds (“IFT320”) on the Reset Date of Monday, 15 June 2026. To update the reset date in NZX systems, NZXO will place an operational trading halt on IFT320 from market close on Wednesday, 3 June 2026. The operational trading halt will be lifted at close of business on Monday, 15 June 2026. A timetable of events is attached.
