Changes to the Executive Team

Kiwi Property today announces changes to the General Manager Asset Management role. Linda Trainer has stepped down from her position as General Manager Asset Management to relocate to the South Island. Linda has been with Kiwi Property since April 2018, and during that time has made a significant contribution to the evolution of Kiwi Property’s portfolio, including the development of Resido and the continued success of the Sylvia Park shopping centre. Over this time, Linda has also championed improved customer outcomes and embedded a sustainability ethos across Kiwi Property. Kiwi Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Ronald as General Manager Asset Management upon Linda’s resignation. Helen is currently Kiwi Property’s National Retail Assets Manager and led the Sylvia Park management team for five years prior to that. She brings extensive experience in shopping centre and asset management across both sides of the Tasman and is well placed to continue to lead the strategic and operational performance of assets across Kiwi Property’s portfolio.
