ENPRISE GROUP LIMITED NZX Announcement 10 July 2026 Datagate Shareholder Update Enprise Group Limited (“Enprise”) holds a 32.35% shareholding in Datagate Innovation Limited (“Datagate”), a SaaS billing solutions provider. Enprise valued Datagate at $0.864m at 31 December 2025. Datagate’s Board has issued a letter to its shareholders providing an update on the company’s valuation and exit considerations. Key points include: • Datagate remains cash-flow positive with no requirement for further capital raising • Recent rights issues valued Datagate at NZ$2.80 per share (enterprise value of approximately NZ$21.2 million) • The Board’s strategy is focused on growing ARR to US$5 million, targeted between late 2027 and early 2028, which is expected to support an improved exit multiple • There is currently no offer on the table, nor any active negotiations for the sale of Datagate • The Board continues to pursue a strategy of sustainable, profitable growth to build long-term shareholder value Enprise notes this update and continues to support Datagate’s growth strategy.
