Change of Director WasteCo Group Limited (NZX: WCO) advises that Roger Gower has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective today. Mr Gower has also resigned as a director of the Company’s subsidiaries, including WasteCo NZ Limited and Civic Waste Limited. Sean Joyce will be appointed as director of these two subsidiaries to fill the vacancy left by Mr Gower's resignations.
