Correction to FY26 Annual Report

Trade Window Holdings Limited (NZX/ASX: TWL) advises of an administrative correction to the FY26 Annual Report lodged with NZX on 30 June 2026. The Annual Report as lodged inadvertently included the independent auditor's report dated 29 May 2026, the report issued in connection with the audited financial statements released to NZX on that date, rather than the independent auditor's report dated 30 June 2026. The two reports are identical other than modifications to two sentences on page 113 addressing the auditor's reporting responsibilities in respect of ‘Other Information’ contained in the Annual Report, and the reporting date on page 114. The audit opinion is unchanged, and there is no change to the financial statements or any other content of the Annual Report. An amended Annual Report containing the correct independent auditor's report has been lodged with NZX today. This is an administrative correction only.
