The consolidated Annual Meeting of shareholders of Goodman New Zealand Limited (GNZL) and Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (GPS) (together, Goodman NZ or GNZ) was held today. The voting results are detailed below. Buyback Resolutions: GNZL – Resolution 1, approval of Buyback Programme, the ordinary resolution was approved by shareholders. Of the 656,835,574 shares in GNZL voted in the poll, 99.87% were in favour of the resolution and 0.13% against. GPS – Resolution 2, approval of Buyback Programme, the ordinary resolution was approved by shareholders. Of the 656,835,278 shares in GPS voted in the poll, 99.87% were in favour of the resolution and 0.13% against. Auditor Resolutions: GNZL – Resolution 3, approval of reappointment of auditor and auditor’s remuneration, the ordinary resolution was approved by shareholders. Of the 1,148,633,092 shares in GNZL voted in the poll, 98.96% were in favour of the resolution and 1.04% against. GPS – Resolution 4, approval of reappointment of auditor and auditor’s remuneration, the ordinary resolution was approved by shareholders.
