Royalty Reporting

All vendors distributing NZX real-time market data are required to submit monthly end-user reports to NZX by the 15th of the following month. These reports include subscriber counts used to calculate royalty fees.

Non-Display Reporting

Non-display use of NZX market data cannot be reported through the royalty reporting process. Non-display applications must be contracted directly with NZX under the terms of the NZX Non-Display Application Policy.

Audit & Compliance

NZX reserves the right to audit licensed users, at its discretion, to verify compliance with the terms of applicable information licence agreements.

Audit rights, scope, and requirements are governed by the NZX Information Licence Agreement (ILA) and any other applicable agreements between you and NZX.
